N/b ‘Peggy Ellen’ is a 58’ 6” Semi-Trad style narrowboat, powered by a Beta 43 diesel engine, and a 2.5kw Mastervolt inverter/ charger with a Smart gauge battery monitor. The boat has a Webasto heating system installed. There are two bedrooms to the rear separated by a bathroom. There is a Houdini hatch and double glazed portholes in the first bedroom, and double glazed windows down the remaining length of the boat. An oiled and distressed solid oak flooring is fitted throughout. LED lighting has been fitted, and there are two solar panels on the roof, all helping to improve energy efficiency. From the helm you walk down past the wet locker and electrical cabinets into the first bedroom, with a wardrobe unit on the port side extending to a 6’3” long bed (widening from 4’ to 5’).
