Vibration Data Logger PCE-VDR 10
Product Code: PCE-VDR 10
Vibration Data Logger PCE-VDR 10, Shock Vibration Data Logger Single-Axis Accelerometer Velocity Shock Vibration Data Logger Single-Axis Accelerometer Velocity Acceleration: PCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis accelerometer or vibration data logger monitor with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This vibration data logger records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as velocity (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory. There is also an analog output, which makes this vibration data logger compatlble to control systems. - Acceleration measuring range: 0.5 ... 199.9 m/s, 0.05 ... 20.39 g, 2 ... 656 ft/s - Velocity measuring ranges: 0.5 ... 199.9 mm/s, 0.05 ... 19.99 cm/s, 0.02 ... 7.87 in/s - Frequency range: 10 ... 1000 Hz - Analog output: 4 ... 20 mA - RS-232 and USB interface Vibration Data Logger PCE-VDR 10 for single-axis measurement real-time measurement / Memory option on SD card / USB and RS-232 interface / 4 ... 20 mA Controller / easy to read LCD PCE-VDR 10 is a single-axis accelerometer or vibration monitor with real-time measurement and data logging capabilities. This vibration analyzer records acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) as well as speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) measurements and saves the measured data to an included SD card memory. All industrial machinery vibrates. The level of vibration is a useful indicator to machine condition. Poor balance, misalignment and looseness of the structure will cause a vibration level increase, it is a sure sign that maintenance is needed to prolong the machine life. The vibration data logger PCE-VDR 10 is the ideal tool for testing and monitoring the machine condition. The instrument is very easy to use and a computer is not needed to setup extra software, after the vibration data logger is stopped, just take out the SD card from the vibration data logger and plug in the SD card to a computer, it can download the all the measured machine vibration values with time information(year, month, date, hour, minute, second) to MS Excel directly, then you can make further data or graphic analysis by yourselve. A special feature of this vibration data logger is the analog output. The test instrument can be connected to another mA meter or signal converter or even to a data system. When being connected to the 4-20 mA socket, the vibration data logger outputs a 4 - 20 mA analog signal. So this kind of vibration data logger can be used for shorttime machine condition monitoring as well as for longterm machine health condition follow up. Note: To set up the SD card for the first time, the PCE-VDR 10 must be connected to AC power (AC power supply NET-LUT or NET-LUT-US sold separately - see accessories tab). - Measures acceleration (m/s, g, ft/s) and speed (mm/s, cm/s, in/s) - Adjustable automatic data logging - SD card memory - RS-232 and USB interface - Data can be downloaded to a computer and analyzed using Microsoft Excel - Backlit LCD screen - Portable Frequency range 10 ... 1000 Hz Acceleration measuring range (at 50 m/s, 160 Hz) 0.5 ... 199.9 m/s, 0.05 ... 20.39 g, 2 ... 656 ft/s Resolution 0.1, 0.01, 1 Accuracy ± (5% of reading + 2 digits) Speed measuring range (at 50 mm/s, 160 Hz) 0.5 ... 199.9 mm/s, 0.05 ... 19.99 cm/s, 0.02 ... 7.87 in/s Resolution 0.1, 0.01, 1 Accuracy ± (5% of reading + 2 digits) Display LCD Display update time update time: 1 second Memory SD card (included) Automatic data logging interval 5 ... 3600 seconds (adjustable) Analog output 4 ... 20 mA Power supply 6 x 1.5 V AAA batteries or 9 V DC electric power (adapter sold separately) Interface RS-232 and USB Dimensions 132 x 80 x 32 mm (5.20 x 3.15 x 1.26") 1 x Vibration Data Logger PCE-VDR 10 1 x vibration sensor 1 x wall bracket 6 x 1.5 V AAA batteries 1 x SD memory card 1 x connector for 4 ... 20 mA output 1 x user manualVisit the PCE Instruments UK Ltd website for more information on Vibration Data Logger PCE-VDR 10
