The Shell Build Process

Here at Aintree Boats we pride ourselves on having complete control of the building of our boats from the moment the 10mm base plate is laid to the last stroke of the signwriters brush. We use the best test certified steel and top quality welding materials in the construction of the shell . All of the hull fabrication is done by highly skilled first class welders with many years of experience and who take much pride in the quality of the shells they produce in our Aintree fabrication shop. This important fact means that we are able to provide boats at all different stages of construction from a shell only, to a fully finished boat ready to sail and that we have control of the completion schedule at all times.
